The most efficient enclosed bin compost is the Garden Market’s Tumbler.

It's possible to maintain relatively high temperatures in our tumblers, both because the container acts as insulation and because the turning keeps the microbes aerated and active. The rotating motion aids aeration and prevents clumping of the composting materials. This greatly speeds up the composting process.

An enclosed 'tumbler' system offer the following benefits:
• speeds up the composting process
AerationTumbler • can compost year-round, due to higher internal temperature
• cannot be accessed by rodents, raccoons, dogs or other critters
• keeps compost neatly enclosed and odor-free, well-suited for residential areas

Ways to use Compost
Top dressing - Adding finished compost around the top of existing plants. This method works great for both indoor and outdoor plants.

Mixing into seed starter medium - If you are getting ready to start some new seeds or fill a potted plant, make the mixture about one third compost and two-thirds potting soil and your plants will be healthier.

Adding during transplanting - If you are using transplants in your garden (plants that are already started in a small container) add a handful of compost to the hole before you put you transplant in.

Compost tea - Making a tea for plants out of compost instead of tea leaves. The nutrients in the compost diffuse into the water. Watering plants with compost tea makes it easy for the plants to access the nutrients.
